Wendy is a Ph.D. Candidate in Science Education, and writing her dissertation on "Fostering Three-Dimensional Science Learning: The Role of Curiosity in Productive Classroom Discourse", at Michigan State University. Wendy works on the Carbon Time curriculum development for CREATE for STEM, a national, life science science curriculum. She is also active in the BSCS/NABT AP Biology Leadership Academy as it expands its reach.
